توسعة رابطۀ برآورد نفوذ آب در خاک با استفاده از مقیاسسازی در آبیاری جویچهای
تغییرات مکانی و زمانی نفوذ، مدیریت سیستمهای آبیاری سطحی و به ویژه آبیاری جویچهای را پر هزینه، زمانبر و پیچیده میسازد. در آبیاری جویچهای، پارامترهای نفوذ برای دبیهای ورودی متفاوت، شکل هندسی جویچه و مقدار آب خاک، متغیر هستند و از اینرو ارائةرابطهای کلی برای نفوذ دشوار است. یکی از روشهای مناسب برای تعیین رابطۀ کلی نفوذ، استفاده از مقیاسسازی است. در این مقاله نشان داده شده که به کمک آنالیز ابعادی و با استفاده از دادههای 12 آزمایش آبیاری جویچهای متفاوت که هر یک 15 نوبت تکرار شده است، رابطهای برای مقیاسسازی مشخصههای نفوذ آّب در خاک به دست آمده است. مقادیر R2و RMSE برای واسنجی رابطۀ پیشنهادی به ترتیب برابر 984/0 و 0199/0 محاسبه شد. علاوه بر این، پس از راست آزمایی رابطه استخراجی، مقدار بالای ضریب R2 (98/0>) و مقدار اندک آماره RMSE (01/0<) نشان از دقت مناسب مدل دارد. مقایسة این رابطه با روابط ارائه شده در پژوهشهای گذشته، به دو دلیل برتری رابطۀ حاضر را نشان میدهد: 1) نیاز به دادههای ورودی کمتر (دبی ورودی، عمق آب در جویچه، زمان آبیاری و زمان پیشروی)، و2) اندازهگیری آسانتر دادههای ورودی.

برآورد نفوذ در آبیاری جویچهای یک در میان ثابت و یک در میان متغیر با استفاده از روش مقیاسسازی
ویژگیهای نفوذ آب در خاک تابعی از زمان و مکان است، در نتیجه به تعداد نسبتاً زیادی اندازهگیریهای مزرعهای نیاز است تا بیانی از متوسط شرایط مزرعه باشد. اخیراً روش مقیاسسازی برای کاهش دادههای موردنیاز به منظور تعیین ویژگیهای نفوذ ارائه شده است. هدف از این تحقیق، ارزیابی روش مقیاسسازی برای پیشبینی نفوذ در آبیاری جویچهای، در دو روش آبیاری جویچهای، یک در میان ثابت و یک در میان متغیر است که از یک نقطۀ پیشروی و یک منحنی نفوذ نمونه برای تعیین ضرایب نفوذ استفاده شد، به منظور ارزیابی روش مقیاسسازی در هر دو روش آبیاری نیز از دادههای هفت واقعه آبیاری در طول فصل رشد محصول ذرت در منطقه کرج استفاده شد که در خاک لوم رسی کشت شده بود. محدودۀ خطای به دست آمده در تخمین حجم کل آب نفوذ یافته در روش جویچهای یک در میان ثابت از 44/1 تا 03/20 درصد و در روش جویچهای متغیر از 48/0 تا 80/13 درصد متغیر است. تحلیل آماری دادههای مقیاسشده و اندازهگیری شدۀ نفوذپذیری هم نشان میدهد که اختلاف معنیداری بین آنها وجود ندارد.

بهینهسازی مصرف آب و عملکرد برنج در شرایط تنش خشکی (مطالعه موردی: شبکه آبیاری نکوآباد - اصفهان)
مدل شبیهسازی AquaCrop که عملکرد محصول را بر اساس آب قابل استفاده تحت شرایط آبیاری کامل و کمآبیاری شبیهسازی میکند، ابزاری ارزشمند برای بهبود مدیریت آب در سطح مزرعه است. به منظور ارزیابی کارکرد این مدل در مزرعۀ برنج، از دادههای یک آزمایش دو سالۀ برنج رقم زایندهرود، در شبکۀ آبیاری نکوآباد استفاده شده است که خاکی با بافت سنگین دارد و آب آن نسبتاً شور است. تیمارهای آبیاری شامل دو تیمار غرقاب دائم با ارتفاع 35 و 22 میلیمتر و یک تیمار متناوب از ارتفاع صفر (حالت اشباع) تا 15 میلیمتر بوده است. نتایج نشان میدهد که مدل AquaCrop قادر است عملکرد برنج را در تیمار آبیاری کامل و در کمآبیاریهای ملایم به خوبی شبیهسازی کند ولی با شدت یافتن کمآبیاری، دقت مدل در برآورد کاهش عملکرد دانه و پوشش سایهانداز کاهش مییابد. جذر میانگین مربعات خطا (RMSE)، ضریب توافق ویلموت (d) و ضریب مقادیر باقیمانده (CRM) برای مشخصه عملکرد دانه به ترتیب 03/1، 71/0 و 06/0 به دست آمد. مدل مورد مطالعه، عملکرد دانه(Y) ، مادۀ خشک اندامهای هوایی (B) و تغییرات پوشش سایهانداز (CC) را به خوبی پیشبینی میکند. بهترین منحنی برازش داده شده برای تابع تولید (عملکرد – آب) برای رقم و منطقۀ مورد نظر یک تابع درجه 2 بود، که در این حالت تابع تولید استخراج شده با ضریب تبیین قابل قبول 91/0 به دست آمد.

ارزیابی یکنواختی توزیع آب و نیتروژن در کودآبیاری جویچهای نیشکر
در این تحقیق به بررسی تأثیرات کودآبیاری بر یکنواختی توزیع آب و نیتروژن در آبیاری جویچهای نیشکر از طریق مقایسه دو روش اندازهگیری مزرعهای و مدل عباسی و همکاران پرداخته شده است. آزمایشی در مقیاس بزرگ به صورت کرتهای یک بار خرد شده در قالب بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با 3 تکرار در یک قطعه 25 هکتاری از مزارع کشت جدید (پلانت) در اراضی کشت و صنعت نیشکر دهخدا از اسفند سال 1391 تا مهرماه 1392 اجرا شد. فاکتور اصلی تقسیطهای کودی است که در سه سطح (دو تقسیطی، سه تقسیطی و چهار تقسیطی) و فاکتور فرعی سطوح کود مصرفی است که در سه سطح (100، 80 و 60 درصد کود مورد نیاز به ترتیب معادل 350، 280 و 210 کیلوگرم کود اوره) اعمال شد. ضرایب معادله کوستیاکف با استفاده از مدل بیلان حجمی استخراج شد. از مدل کودآبیاری عباسی و همکاران برای شبیهسازی جریان آب و انتقال نیترات در خاک استفاده شد. گسترة زمان تزریق کود از 30 درصد انتهایی مدت زمان آبیاری تا 60 درصد مدت زمان آبیاری را به خود اختصاص داد. مدیریت صحیح مقدار دبی ورودی و تزریق کود در زمانهای مناسب موجب افزایش ضریب یکنواختی توزیع آب و کود شد. مقدار نمایة آماری E در تمام تیمارهای کودآبیاری بزرگتر از 990/0 به دست آمد که نشان از کارایی بالای مدل در پیشبینی مدت زمانهای پیشروی و پسروی دارد. مقایسة میانگین مدت زمان پیشروی و پسروی اندازهگیری شده با مدت زمان پیشروی و پسروی استخراجی از مدل در تمامی تیمارهای کودآبیاری، با آزمون تی (T-test) نشان داد که آمارة T کمتر از مقدار 447/2 (T بحرانی) است که نشاندهنده کارایی بالای مدل عباسی و همکاران است. همچنین، نتایج آزمون T در مورد مقایسة میانگین دبی ورودی و ضرایب یکنواختی آب و کود حاکی از بیشتر بودن مقادیر آمارة T از 305/2 (T بحرانی) است که تأثیر معنیدار میزان دبی در نوسانات ضرایب یکنواختی آب و کود را نشان میدهد مدل عباسی و همکاران قادر است تا با توجه به شرایط مختلف مزرعه و با تعریف ضرایب نفوذ برای مدل و تغییر شیب، افزایش یا کاهش میزان دبی و تغییر طول جویچه، شرایط بهینه را برای افزایش کارایی مصرف آب و یکنواختی توزیع کود فراهم آورد. در نوبتهای آبیاری و تقسیطهای انتهایی، انطباق مقادیر هر دو روش مورد مقایسه در این تحقیق بیشتر است به طوری که در تیمار 4 تقسیطی و 60 درصد سطح کودی در آبیاری یازدهم و تیمار 3 تقسیطی و 100 درصد سطح کودی در آبیاری دهم، اختلاف مقدار آب نفوذ یافته در دو روش به 2 میلیمتر کاهش یافت و در هر دوی این تیمارها مقادیر ضرایب یکنواختی توزیع کود حتی از آب بیشتر بود و به بیش از 90 درصد رسید.

بررسی تأثیر ساختار آمیلوز و آمیلوپکتین بر کیفیت ارقام مختلف برنج ایرانی
هدف از این تحقیق بررسی تأثیر نوع و ساختار اجزای نشاسته بر کیفیت پخت ارقام مختلف برنج ایرانی است. شش رقم متداول برنج ایرانی شامل: طارم، دمسیاه، سالاری، حسن سرائی، دمزرد و دمسفید پس از برداشت، خشک شدن و تنظیم رطوبت، سفید شدند. برنج سفید و آرد حاصل از این ارقام در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی در سه تکرار بررسی شد. ابتدا خصوصیات نشاسته شامل میزان آمیلوز، نمرۀژلاتینی شدن و قوام ژل اندازهگیری شد. خصوصیات ساختمان پلیمری آمیلوز و آمیلوپکتین با دستگاههای الکتروفورز مویینه و کروماتوگرافی بر اساس اندازه بررسی شد. این ارقام از نظر میزان آمیلوز، نمرۀ ژلاتینی شدن و قوام ژل تفاوت معنیداری با هم نداشتند اما از نظر مقادیر آمیلوز و آمیلوپکتین انحلالپذیر در آب داغ، درجۀ پلیمری شدن آمیلوز و آمیلوپکتین، تفاوت معنیداری در سطح احتمال 1 درصد نشان دادند. با بررسی ساختار نشاسته با روش کروماتوگرافی بر اساس اندازه، مشخص شد که در ارقام حسن سرائی، طارم و دمسیاه، میزان آمیلوز انحلالپذیر در آب داغ کمتر است تا در ارقام دمسفید و سالاری. در این تحقیق ساختار آمیلوپکتین پس از هیدرولیز شدن با آنزیم ایزو آمیلاز و آمیناسیون شاخههای هیدرولیز شده، از نظر درجۀ پلیمری شدن و میزان انتشار طول زنجیر با دستگاه الکتروفورز مویینه بررسی شد. ارقام مورد بررسی از نظر زنجیرهای A، B1، B2و B3و زنجیرهای بلندتر اختلاف معنیداری در سطح احتمال 1 درصد دارند. با استفاده از نتایج الکتروفورز مویین مشخص شد که در رقمهای خوش کیفیتتر مانند دمسیاه زنجیرهای کوتاه (A) با درجۀ پلیمری شدن کمتر، بیشتر است. از نظر زنجیرهای B1و B2تفاوت زیادی بین رقمهای مورد مطالعه مشاهده نشد. بیشترین تفاوت مربوط به زنجیرهای کوتاه A و زنجیرهای B3و بلند است. بنابراین، جهت بررسیهای دقیقتر و دستیابی به دیدگاههای جدید در ارزیابی کیفیت، باید به تفاوتهای ساختمانی پلیمرهای تشکیلدهندة ارقام نیز توجه شود.

اثر فراوری سبوس گندم بر کاهش اسید فیتیک و باقیماندۀ سموم دفع آفات نباتی
در پوسته خارجی (سبوس) اکثر غلات، به خصوص گندم، مواد بسیار مفیدی مثل کانیها، فیبرهای رژیمی، ویتامینها و اسیدهای آمینه وجود دارد؛ ارزش غذایی سبوس گندم نیز به دلیل غنی بودن از فیبرهای رژیمی است. با توجه به روند رو به افزایش مصرف سموم دفع آفات نباتی در گندم و از طرفی میزان بالای مصرف نان در جیره غذایی خانوارها، نگرانیهایی در خصوص باقیماندۀ سموم در سبوس گندم در نان و فراوردههای سبوس دار وجود دارد. این پژوهش به منظور بررسی و تعیین میزان باقیماندۀ سموم در سبوس گندم و اثر چند فراوری بر میزان کاهش آن اجرا شد و طی آن از روشهای هیدراتاسیون گرم و سرد، پخت و هیدروترمال با بافر برای فراوری سبوس گندم استفاده شد. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده، نه تنها هر چهار فراوری میزان سموم باقیمانده در سبوس گندم (سموم دلتامترین، کاپتان، بروموپروپیلات، فوزالون و تترادیفون) را به ترتیب از 16/0، 315/0، 16/1، 807/1 و 017/0 قسمت در میلیون به حداقل رساندند، بلکه کاهش 33 تا 83 درصدی اسید فیتیک موجود در سبوس گندم نیز ثبت گردید. از مزایای استفاده از روشهای مذکور در فراوری سبوس گندم ضمن کاهش باقیماندۀ سموم میتوان به بهبود خصوصیات تغذیهای آن با استفاده از مزایای ویتامینها، کانیها و فیبرهای غذایی موجود درآن اشاره کرد.

کارایی نانو ذرات اکسید تیتانیم در حذف بوی نامطلوب از فضای نگهداری گوجهفرنگی
گوجهفرنگی محصولی زراعی و فرازگرا با ظرفیت بالای تولید اتیلن و دیگر ترکیبات آلی فرار مانند اتانول و استالدئید است که حدود یکسوم میزان تولیدی آن در فاصلۀ بین برداشت تا مصرف از بین میرود. در این مطالعه از دو غلظت 5/0 و 5 گرم در لیتر محلول نانو دی اکسید تیتانیوم برای ایجاد تأخیر در تولید بوی نامطلوب ناشی از تجمع اتانول و استالدئید در فضای نگهداری گوجهفرنگی رسیده و قرمز رقم هلیل، یا کنترل آن، استفاده شد. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده، مشخص شد که ذرات نانو دی اکسید تیتانیم در حضور پرتو فرابنفش و متناسب با غلظت محلول، قادر به کاهش 85 درصد از میزان اتیلن تولیدی، و تجزیۀ 75 تا 100 درصد از استالدئید و اتانول موجود در فضای نگهداری گوجهفرنگی هستند. ارزیابی حسی نمونهها نشان میدهد از روز چهارم نگهداری میوه در انبار، بوی نامطلوب در تیمار شاهد گوجهفرنگی قابل شناسایی و در روز دهم نگهداری این مقدار به بیشترین سطح خود میرسد. در حالی که تا روز هشتم نگهداری، بوی نامطلوب تجمع یافته در فضای نگهداری گوجهفرنگیهای تیمار شده با غلظت 5 گرم در لیتر نانو دی اکسیدتیتانیم، کمتر از آستانۀ قابل شناسایی بود و تا پایان دوره 12روزه نگهداری نیز در کمترین مقدار باقی ماند.

ساخت و ارزیابی سامانه کنترل غلظت محلول خروجی سمپاش میزان متغیر
در این تحقیق، سامانه کنترل غلظت محلول مصرفی برای دستگاه سمپاش بومدار پشت تراکتوری، ساخته و ارزیابیشد. این سامانه شامل حسگر سرعت پیشروی سمپاش، پمپ مقسم مواد شیمیایی، محرک پمپ مقسم، حسگر سرعت دورانی پمپ مقسم، واحد اختلاط آب با مواد شیمیایی و واحد کنترل الکترونیکی است. با نصب سامانه روی دستگاه سمپاش پشت تراکتوری، قابلیت کاربرد مواد شیمیایی محلول در آب با مدیریت موضعی ایجاد شد. از محلول آب نمک برای تعیین دقت سامانه در مزرعه بهاین دلیل استفاده شد که اندازهگیری غلظت آن آسان است. این سامانه از نوع تزریق مستقیم است که برای تغییر غلظت محلول مصرفی، مقدار ماده مؤثر را در سیال حامل (آب) تغییر میدهد. در آزمون کارگاهی، اثر عوامل فشار محلول مصرفی و سرعت دورانی محور پمپ مقسم در بده خروجی پمپ مقسم ارزیابی شد. رابطۀ رگرسیونی بین متغیر وابسته بده خروجی پمپ مقسم و متغیرهای مستقل تهیه شد. در آزمونهای مزرعهای، نقشۀ توصیهای غلظت محلول مصرفی برای قطعۀ زراعی مورد استفاده با نرمافراز ArcGIS تهیه شد. اثر سرعت پیشروی (3 سطح 3، 6 و 9 کیلومتر در ساعت) و فشار رایج پاشش محلول در مزرعه (3 سطح 3، 4 و 5 بار) بر مقدار خطای غلظت محلول خروجی (درصد) افشانکهای اول و آخر سمت راست تیرک، نیز بهطور جداگانه ارزیابی شد. نتایج آزمون کارگاهی نشان میدهد سرعت دورانی پمپ مقسم، فشار محلول مصرفی و اثر متقابل آنها بر بده پمپ در سطح یک درصد معنی دار است. نتایج آزمون مزرعه نیز نشان میدهد که فشار محلول مصرفی و سرعت پیشروی در خطای غلظت محلول خروجی از افشانک اول معنیدار نیست و اثر سرعت پیشروی در خطای غلظت محلول خروجی از افشانک آخر در سطح یک درصد معنیدار است. متوسط میانگین خطای افشانکهای اول و آخر به ترتیب 71/2 و 56/3 درصد است.

تخمین میزان نیتروژن در گندم زمستانه با استفاده از حسگرهای مجاورتی
یکی از مهمترین نهادههای کشاورزی که تأثیر زیادی در رشد گیاه، عملکرد و کیفیت محصول دارد، نیتروژن است. حسگرهای مختلفی توسعه یافتهاند برای آنکه وضعیت نیتروژن محصولات به شکلی غیرمخرب تشخیص داده شود. در این تحقیق به مقایسة عملکرد حسگرهای Crop-Circle و ISARIA برای تشخیص وضعیت نیتروژن گندم زمستانه در طول دورة رشد، پرداخته شد. حساسیت اندازهگیری حسگرها نسبت به وضعیت آب محصول نیز مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. برای این منظور، در طول فصل زراعی 2012، در مزرعهای تحقیقاتی، طرح آزمایشی بلوکهای خرد شده تصادفی با دو تکرار اجرا شد. تیمارها شامل چهار میزان کوددهی نیتروژن (0، 60، 120 و 240 کیلوگرم بر هکتار) و دو نوع رژیم آبدهی (با آبیاری تکمیلی و بدون آبیاری) بود. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده، حسگرهای Crop-Circle و ISARIA عملکرد بسیار خوبی برای تشخیص وضعیت نیتروژن گندم زمستانه از خود نشان دادند. اندازهگیریهای حسگر Crop-Circle تحت تأثیر وضعیت آب محصول قرار گرفت، در حالیکه حسگر ISARIA حساسیت کمی نسبت به وضعیت آب محصول نشان داد.
